Facility Rental
Information for Renting the K75 Building
Rental Period:
- Minimum rental duration: 8 hours.
- Requests must be received at least 4 days before the desired usage date.
Rental Fees:
- Hourly rate: $80.
- Minimum rental period: 8 hours.
- Cleaning fee: $150.
Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation, 25% of the deposit is refundable if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours after booking.
Insurance:
- Proof of general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 is required prior to the commencement of the rental period.

K75 Stunt Academy is pleased to offer its expansive 5,500 sq ft building to filmmakers seeking a versatile location for their productions. The facility is divided into two distinct sections: a specialized stunt gym training area encompassing 1,102.9 sq ft, and a large open area covering 4,184.2 sq ft. Each section can be rented individually or the entire building can be booked as a whole, providing flexibility to meet various production needs.
